The most normal form of unceasing prayer in the Orthodox tradition is the Jesus Prayer. The Jesus Prayer is the form of invocation used by those practicing mental prayer, also called the “prayer of the heart.” The words of the prayer most usually said are “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.” The choice of this particular verse has a theological and spiritual meaning.

Jesús al alma: ¿Por qué os confundís, angustiándoos? Dejad a mí la gestión de vuestros asuntos y todo se calmará. En verdad os digo que cada acto de verdadero, ciego y completo abandono en mí, produce el efecto que deseáis y resuelve los problemas más espinosos. Abandonarse en mí no significa atormentarse, alterarse o desesperarse, dirigiéndome luego una oración llena de inquietud para que yo os siga a vosotros y cambie así la inquietud en la oración. Abandonarse significa cerrar plácidamente los ojos del alma, apartar el pensamiento de la tribulación y confiarse a mí para que sólo yo obre, diciéndome: “ocúpate Tú de ello”. La preocupación, la turbación, el querer pensar en las consecuencias de un hecho son cosas contrarias al abandono, contrarias por naturaleza. Es como la confusión que traen los niños que pretenden que la mamá piense en sus necesidades, pero quieren también resolverlas por sí solos y así obstaculizan, con sus ideas y sus fijaciones infantiles, su trabajo. Cerrad los ojos y dejaos llevar por la corriente de mi gracia; cerrad los ojos y no pensad más que en el momento presente, alejándoos del pensamiento del futuro como de una tentación; reposad en mi creyendo en mi bondad, y os juro por mi amor que, diciéndome con estas disposiciones: “ocúpate Tú de ello”, yo lo haré por entero, os consolaré, os libraré, os guiaré. Y cuando tenga que llevaros por un camino diferente de aquel que veis vosotros, yo os adiestraré, os llevaré en mis brazos, haré que os encontréis en la otra orilla, como niños dormidos en los brazos maternos. Lo que os turba y os hace un daño inmenso son vuestros razonamientos, vuestras preocupaciones, vuestros afanes, y el querer a toda costa ser vosotros quienes remediéis aquello que os aflige. ¡Cuántas cosas realizo cuando el alma, tanto en sus necesidades espirituales como en aquellas materiales, se vuelve a mí, me mira y diciéndome: “ocúpate Tú de ello”, cierra los ojos y reposa. Obtenéis pocas gracias cuando os atormentáis por producirlas, sin embargo tenéis muchísimas cuando la oración es un encomendarse plenamente a mí. En el dolor, vosotros oráis para que yo obre, pero para que obre como creéis que debo obrar… No os dirigís a mí, sino que queréis que yo me adapte a vuestras ideas; no sois enfermos que piden al médico que les cure, sino que le sugerís la cura. No obréis así, sino orad como os he enseñado en el Padrenuestro: Santificado sea tu nombre, es decir, sed glorificado en esta necesidad mía. Venga a nosotros tu reino, o sea, todo contribuya a tu reinado en nosotros y en el mundo. Hágase tu voluntad así en la tierra, como en el cielo, es decir, dispón Tú, en esta necesidad, como mejor te parezca en lo tocante a nuestra vida temporal y eterna. Si me decís de verdad: “hágase tu voluntad”, que es lo mismo que decir: “ocúpate Tú de ello”, yo intervendré con toda mi omnipotencia y venceré las mayores dificultades. Mira, ¿tú ves que la enfermedad apremia en vez de menguar? No te turbes, cierra los ojos y dime con confianza: hágase tu voluntad, “ocúpate Tú de ello”. Te digo que así lo haré y que intervendré como médico, y que hasta obraré un milagro cuando fuere menester. ¿Ves que el enfermo empeora? No te desanimes, sino cierra los ojos y di: “ocúpate Tú de ello”. Te digo que yo me ocuparé, y que no hay medicina más poderosa que una intervención mía de amor. Me ocuparé de ello sólo cuando cerréis los ojos. No descansáis nunca, queréis valorarlo todo, escudriñarlo todo, pensar en todo, y os abandonáis así a las fuerzas humanas, o peor, a los hombres, confiando en su intervención. Es esto lo que obstaculiza, impide mis palabras y mis cálculos. ¡Oh, como deseo vuestro abandono para beneficiaros!, ¡Y cuanto me aflijo al veros turbados! Satanás tiende precisamente a esto: a turbaros para apartaros de mi acción y arrojaros a la merced de las iniciativas humanas. Confiad por eso sólo en mí, reposad en mí, abandonaos a mí en todo. Yo obro milagros en proporción del pleno abandono en mí, y a la ausencia de preocupaciones vuestras. ¡Yo derramo tesoros de gracia cuando vosotros estáis en la plena pobreza! Madre de Dios, intercede ante el Padre para sanar las heridas que se hayan producido durante mi gestación. Sana en mí toda inseguridad, zozobra, miedo o rechazo a una vida extrauterina que pude presentir como dolorosa. Líbrame, Madre santa, de todo espíritu de muerte e influencias malignas que buscaron que fuese una persona pesimista, negativa, apagada o enfermiza.
Señor Jesús, te alabo, te bendigo y te proclamo como mi único Dios y rechazo toda forma de idolatría. Líbrame, Señor, de toda contaminación maléfica si es que, en mi gestación o en mi infancia, los míos tuvieron algún contacto con la brujería, ya fuese porque mi padres acudieron a adivinos o curanderos, o bien porque alguien le hubiera hecho algún maleficio. Madre de la Vida intercede ante tu Hijo para librarme de toda mediumnidad, si en mi vida hubiera alguna conexión con los muertos por causa de anteriores embarazos de mi madre malogrados o sucesos relacionados con la muerte o brujería.
Por la frialdad de mi padre y de mi madre he sufrido, no me dieron el amor y la seguridad que debieran, he padecido carencias de afecto o de caricias tranquilizadoras, ¡oh Señor!, envía tu Espíritu de Amor y haz que tu Madre María me envuelva en sus brazos, me arrulle y me llene de su ternura. Que Ella me acoja tal como soy, con mis debilidades de niña pequeña, y que Jesús venga a besarme, a bendecirme y a imponerme las manos como hizo durante su vida terrena (cf. Mc 10, 13-16). De todo corazón, Señor, perdono a mis padres las heridas que sus actos, palabras y obras han podido provocar en mí. Y te doy gracias, Señor, por haberme dado la seguridad de que tú me has acogido (Sal 27, 10) y nunca me has olvidado (Is 49, 15), cuando mi padre y mi madre me abandonadaron.
Sana las heridas de los combates que me han traumatizado o que han provocado que me encierre en mí misma, levantando barreras frente a los demás. Sáname de las heridas profundas, reprimidas, que han endurecido mi corazón: las envidias hacia quienes eran preferidos a mí en la familia o en el colegio, las rebeldías, las humillaciones, las injusticias, la soledad, la amargura de ser marginada, las burlas, los insultos o las calumnias.
Señor Dios omnipotente, libérame de la carga de toda maldición familiar, ancestral o maléfica que pueda esconderse en mis fracasos, enfermedades o frustraciones. Dame una confianza y un valor renovados, para hacer frente a las pruebas de este mundo. Sé que tu amor me sostendrá en los tropiezos y las caídas.
✠ Señor Jesús, dame la gracia de perdonar a aquellos que no me han amado, de liberarlos de toda deuda hacia mí. Sáname de todos los traumas de mi infancia, de los trastornos de la sexualidad, de la inquietud angustiosa, la vergüenza y la culpabilidad. Lava todas las manchas de mi cuerpo y de mi alma y sana las heridas causadas por quienes abusaron de mí, al violar mi integridad física.
✠ Señor Jesús, haz que el Espíritu Santo me colme de amor, me haga dichosa y libre clamando ¡Abbá, papá!, con todo mi ser. Si me he sentido sola, abandonada y rechazada por los míos o por aquellos con los que contaba, por tu amor sanador dame un sentido nuevo de mi dignidad y una sabia estima de mí misma (c.f. Señor mío y Dios mío, TE RUEGO también que sanes las heridas de mi afectividad que están ligadas a experiencias amorosas imposibles que, por cualquier causa, no podían tener buen fin. Haz que te entregue mis aspiraciones y mis fracasos y que en Tus Manos ponga mis relaciones con los demás. Enséñame a abandonarme de corazón en tu Amor, porque sólo Tú colmas mi deseo de amar y de ser amado.

Perdóname si he llegado a pensar que Tú no me querías o que no estabas presente en mis sufrimientos. Perdona también mi desesperación y desganas de vivir. Sana mis sentimientos de culpabilidad ante Ti pero que no brotan del amor sino del miedo al castigo de perder tu amor y protección. Y perdona mi falta de fe en tu Providencia al ver que permitías o tolerabas que me abandonaran y me engañaran las personas a las que yo más quería.
Perdóname las experiencias destructivas y amores abusivos a los que me he entregado en búsqueda de soluciones a mis propios problemas. 8 Cada uno de los cuatro Seres Vivientes tiene seis alas llenas de ojos alrededor y por dentro, y no cesan de repetir día y noche: Santo, santo, santo, es el Señor Dios, el Todopoderoso, Aquel que era, que es y que viene.
9 Cada vez que los Seres Vivientes dan gloria, honor y acción de gracias al que está sentado en el trono y que vive por los siglos de los siglos,
10 los veinticuatro ancianos se arrodillan ante el que está sentado en el trono, adoran al que vive por los siglos de los siglos y arrojan sus coronas delante del trono diciendo:
11 Vuelvan a ti, Señor y Dios nuestro, la gloria, el honor y el poder, pues tú lo mereces. Tú creaste todas las cosas, y por tu voluntad existen y fueron creadas.
Capitulo 5
6 Entonces vi esto: entre el trono con sus cuatro Seres Vivientes y los veinticuatro ancianos un Cordero estaba de pie, a pesar de haber sido sacrificado. Tenía siete cuernos y siete ojos, que son los siete espíritus de Dios enviados a toda la tierra.
7 El Cordero se adelantó y tomó el libro de la mano derecha del que está sentado en el trono.
8 Cuando lo tomó, los cuatro Seres Vivientes se postraron ante el Cordero. Lo mismo hicieron los veinticuatro ancianos que tenían en sus manos arpas y copas de oro llenas de perfumes, que son las oraciones de los santos.

De La Bondad Y Caridad De Dios, Que Se Manifiesta En Este Sacramento Para Con Los Hombres. El Alma: Señor, confiando en tu bondad y gran misericordia, vengo yo enfermo al médico; hambriento y sediento, a la fuente de la vida; pobre, al rey del cielo; siervo, al Señor; criatura, al Criador; desconsolado, a mi piadoso consolador. Mas ¿se dónde a mí tanto bien, que Tú vengas a mí? ¿Quién soy yo para que te me des a Ti mismo? ¿Cómo se atreve el pecador a comparecer delante de Ti? Y Tú ¿cómo te dignas de venir al pecador? Antes de la Comunión
266. 1.– Os humillaréis profundamente delante de Dios; 2.– Renunciaréis a vuestro fondo todo corrompido, y a vuestras disposiciones, por buenas que vuestro amor propio os las haga ver; 3.– Renovaréis vuestra consagración diciendo: Tuus totus ego sum, et omnia mea tua sunt: “yo soy todo vuestro, mi querida Señora, y todo lo mío es vuestro; 4.– Suplicaréis a esta cariñosa Madre que os preste su Corazón para recibir en él a su Hijo con sus mismas disposiciones. Le haréis presente cuánto conviene para la gloria de su Hijo que no entre en corazón tan manchado y tan inconstante como el vuestro, en menoscabo de su gloria o de perderle a Él, pero que si Ella quiere venir a morar en Vuestra alma para recibir a su Hijo, puede hacerlo en virtud del dominio que Ella tiene sobre los corazones; y que de esta manera, su Hijo será por Ella bien recibido, sin manchas y sin peligro de ser ultrajado ni perdido: Deus in medio ejus, non conmovebitur. Le diréis confiadamente que todo lo que le habéis dado de vuestros bienes, es poca cosa para honrarla, pero que por la Sagrada Comunión queréis hacerle el presente que el Padre eterno le hizo, y que de esa forma será más honrada que si le dieseis todos los bienes del mundo; y que, en fin, Jesús, que la ama singularmente, desea también tener en Ella sus complacencias y su descanso, aunque en vuestra alma más sucia y más pobre que el establo donde Jesús no tuvo dificultad en venir, pues allí estaba Ella, le pediréis su corazón con estas tiernas palabras: “Accipio te in mea omnia; praebe mihi cor tuum, o Maria – Os recibo por mi todo; dadme ¡oh María! vuestro Corazón”.
En la Comunión 267. Dispuesto ya a recibir a Jesucristo, después del Padrenuestro le diréis tres veces: Domine non sum dignus, etc., como si por primera vez le dijeseis al Padre eterno que no sois digno, por causa de vuestros malos pensamientos e ingratitudes para con un Padre tan bueno, de recibir a su Hijo único, pero que he ahí a María su esclava, Ecce ancilla Domini, que intercede por vos, dándoos una confianza y esperanza singular ante su Majestad: Quoniam singulariter in spe constituiste me.
268. Diréis al Hijo: Domine, non sum dignus, etc., que no sois digno de recibirlo por causa de vuestras palabras inútiles y malas, y vuestra infidelidad en su servicio; pero que, entre tanto, que le pedís que tenga piedad vuestra, pues lo introduciréis en la casa de su propia Madre y de la vuestra, y que no lo dejaréis ir sin que haya venido a alojarse en ella: Tenui eum, nec dimittam, donec introducam illum in domum matris meae. Le rogaréis que se levante y venga al lugar de su descanso y al arca de su santificación: Surge, Domine, in requiem tuam, tu et arca sanctificationis tuae. Le diréis que de ninguna forma colocáis vuestra confianza en vuestros méritos, en vuestra fuerza y en vuestras preparaciones, sino en las de María, vuestra querida Madre, como el humilde Jacob en los cuidados de Rebeca; que aunque pecador y Esaú como sois, osáis aproximaros a su santidad, apoyado y adornado con las virtudes de su Santísima Madre.
269. Diréis al Espíritu Santo: Domine, non sum dignus, etc., que no sois digno de recibir la obra maestra de su caridad, por causa de la tibieza e iniquidad de vuestras acciones y de vuestra resistencia a sus inspiraciones; mas que toda vuestra confianza está en María, su fiel Esposa; y diréis con San Bernardo: Haec mea maxima fiducia est, haec tota ratio spei meae. Le podréis también rogar que venga a María, su Esposa indisoluble, pues su seno está tan puro, y su Corazón tan abrasado como nunca, y que sin su descenso a vuestra alma, ni Jesús ni María podrán ser formados ni dignamente alojados.
Después de la Sagrada Comunión 270. Después de la Sagrada Comunión, quedando interiormente recogido y con los ojos cerrados, introduciréis a Jesucristo en el Corazón de María. Le daréis a su Madre que lo recibirá amorosamente, lo colocará honrosamente, lo adorará profundamente, lo amará perfectamente, lo abrazará estrechamente, rindiéndole en espíritu y en verdad muchos oficios que nos son desconocidos en nuestras espesas tinieblas.
271. O bien, os mantendréis profundamente humillado en vuestro corazón, en la presencia de Jesús residiendo en María; o quedaréis como un esclavo a la puerta del palacio del Rey, donde está para hablar con la Reina; y mientras ellos hablan el uno con el otro, sin necesidad de vos, subiréis en espíritu al cielo e iréis por toda la tierra rogando a las criaturas que den gracias, adoren y amen a Jesús en María en vuestro lugar: Venite adoremus, venite.
272. O bien, pediréis vos mismo a Jesús, en unión con María, el advenimiento de su reino sobre la tierra por medio de su Santísima Madre, o la divina sabiduría, o el amor divino, o el perdón de vuestros pecados, o cualquier otra gracia, mas siempre por María y en María, diciendo, mientras fijas los ojos en tu miseria: Ne respicias, Domine, peccata mea: Señor, no miréis mis pecados; sed oculi tui videant aequitates Mariae: y vuestros ojos no miren en mí sino las virtudes y méritos de María. Y recordándoos de vuestros pecados, añadiréis: Inimicus homo fecit: Yo que soy el mayor enemigo mío de cuantos tengo que combatir, soy quien ha hecho estos pecados, o bien: Ab homine iniquo et doloso erue me – líbrame del hombre inicuo y falaz, o entonces: Te oportet crescere, me autem minui – ¡Mi Jesús, es preciso que Vos crezcáis en mi alma y que yo decrezca! María, ¡es necesario que crezcáis en mí y que yo sea menos de lo que he sido! Crescite, multiplicamini: ¡Oh Jesús y María, creced en mí y multimplicaos fuera en los otros!
273. Habría una infinidad de otros pensamientos que el Espíritu Santo sugiere y os sugerirá si sois verdaderamente interior, mortificado y fiel a esta grande y sublime devoción que acabo de enseñaros. Mas recordaos siempre de que en la medida que más dejareis actuar a María en la Comunión, tanto más Jesús será glorificado. Y dejaréis tanto más actuar a María para Jesús y a Jesús en María, cuanto más profundamente os humillareis y los escuchareis con paz y silencio, sin importaros nada el ver, gustar, ni sentir, pues el justo vive en todo de la fe: Justus meus ex fide vivit.
Oración de María para sus fieles esclavos
Salve, María, amadísima Hija del Eterno Padre; salve, María, Madre admirable del Hijo; salve, María, fidelísima Esposa del Espíritu Santo; salve, María, mi amada Madre, mi amable Señora, mi poderosa Soberana; salve, mi gozo, mi gloria, mi corazón y mi alma. Vos sois toda mía por misericordia, y yo soy todo vuestro por justicia. Pero todavía no lo soy bastante.
De nuevo me entrego a Vos todo entero en calidad de eterno esclavo, sin reservar nada ni para mí, ni para otros. Si algo veis en mí que todavía no sea vuestro, tomadlo en seguida, os lo suplico, y haceos dueña absoluta de todos mis haberes para destruir y desarraigar y aniquilar en mí todo lo que desagrade a Dios y plantad, levantad y producid todo lo que os guste.
La luz de vuestra fe disipe las tinieblas de mi espíritu; vuestra humildad profunda ocupe el lugar de mi orgullo; vuestra contemplación sublime detenga las distracciones de mi fantasía vagabunda; vuestra continua vista de Dios llene de su presencia mi memoria, el incendio de caridad de vuestro corazón abrase la tibieza y frialdad del mío; cedan el sitio a vuestras virtudes mis pecados; vuestros méritos sean delante de Dios mi adorno y suplemento. En fin, queridísima y amadísima Madre, haced, si es posible, que no tenga yo más espíritu que el vuestro para conocer a Jesucristo y su divina voluntad; que no tenga más alma que la vuestra para alabar y glorificar al Señor; que no tenga más corazón que el vuestro para amar a Dios con amor puro y con amor ardiente como Vos.
No pido visiones, ni revelaciones, ni gustos, ni contentos, ni aun espirituales. Para Vos el ver claro, sin tinieblas; para Vos el gustar por entero sin amargura; para Vos el triunfar gloriosa a la diestra de vuestro Hijo, sin humillación; para Vos el mandar a los ángeles, hombres y demonios, con poder absoluto, sin resistencia, y el disponer en fin, sin reserva alguna de todos los bienes de Dios.
Esta es, divina María, la mejor parte que se os ha concedido, y que jamás se os quitará, que es para mí grandísimo gozo. Para mí y mientras viva no quiero otro, sino el experimentar el que Vos tuvisteis: creer a secas, sin nada ver y gustar; sufrir con alegría, sin consuelo de las criaturas; morir a mí mismo, continuamente y sin descanso; trabajar mucho hasta la muerte por Vos, sin interés, como el más vil de los esclavos.
La sola gracia, que por pura misericordia os pido, es que en todos los días y en todos los momentos de mi vida diga tres amenes: amén (así sea) a todo lo que hicisteis sobre la tierra cuando vivíais; amén a todo lo que hacéis al presente en el cielo; amén a todo lo que hacéis en mi alma, para que en ella no haya nada más que Vos, para glorificar plenamente a Jesús en mí, en el tiempo y en la eternidad.

235. Hay muchas maneras de rezarla bien, lo cual sería demasiado largo referir; el Espíritu Santo las enseñará a aquellos y a aquellas que serán los más fieles en esta devoción. Sin embargo, para decirla de la manera más simple, es necesario en primer lugar decir: “Dignare me laudare te, Virgo sacrata; da mihi virtutem contra hostes tuos – Dignaos escuchar mis alabanzas, ¡oh Virgen santísima!, y dadme la fuerza contra vuestros enemigos”. Oraciones de liberación y sanación
Oración de sanación interior desde el seno materno
Esta oración tiene como objeto pedir a Dios que, por la intercesión de la Madre de su Hijo, sane con la fuerza de su Espíritu las heridas afectivas que se hayan producido en el inconsciente durante la gestación y los primeros meses de vida extrauterina, y aquellas otras que hayan quedado en el subconsciente por los traumas del resto de la vida. Mientras la persona siga padeciendo los efectos de sus heridas interiores, conviene que la repita periódicamente, por ejemplo, cada sábado.
✠ Santísima Trinidad, os alabo, os adoro y os amo, y os declaro mi único Dios y Señor, renunciando a toda servidumbre a los espíritus malignos. Señor Jesús, TE RUEGO que manifiestes tu amor misericordioso y vengas a curar cuanto necesita ser sanado en mi existencia actual y pasada. Tú me conoces mejor que yo mismo, porque eres más íntimo a mí que yo mismo y, mucho antes de mi concepción, me has amado con un amor único. Mi vida está en tus manos. A tus manos encomiendo, Señor, el instante de mi concepción. Si no fue en un clima de amor, con el deseo de darme la vida, sino en la coacción, en el miedo o la violencia, ven a sanarme, Dios de ternura y de bondad. Que la Virgen Santísima me geste de nuevo en el Espíritu y me libere de toda influencia negativa que produzca en mí desgana de la vida o tendencias autolesivas hasta la muerte. Virgen María, bendíceme en cada etapa de mi crecimiento de embrión y de feto. Pon tus manos en los primeros quince días de gestación, cuando aún no había signos de embarazo y pude sentirme abandonado o inseguro. Expande tu amor en cada repliegue de mi corazón. Cura las heridas que mis padres pudieron causar en mí al conocer mi existencia: sobre todo, la herida del rechazo y sus consecuencias de angustia, inseguridad, opresión, falta de autoestima, y opción de rechazo a la vida.
✠ Señor Jesús, TE RUEGO que cures las heridas del segundo mes de mi gestación. Hazme sentir, ¡oh Dios mío!, cuánto valgo para ti, sobre todo si mi madre experimentó miedos, angustias o traumas cuando me esperaba, si me he sentido no deseado o rechazado por ella o si mi padre tampoco me deseó. Dame la gracia de perdonar a mis padres sabiendo que Tú me has cuidado siempre como a la niña de tus ojos. Virgen Santísima, sana las heridas del tercer mes de mi gestación, cuando se manifestó mi condición masculina/ femenina y se configuró mi sexualidad cerebral, para que con gozo pueda aceptarla y pueda alabar y bendecir a la Trinidad por sus dones, rechazando toda atadura del maligno, si es que mis padres desearon otra condición sexual para mí. Ven a sanar, Madre, las heridas del rechazo de mi identidad. Madre de Dios, intercede ante el Padre para sanar las heridas que se hayan producido durante el cuarto mes de mi gestación. Sana en mí toda inseguridad, zozobra, miedo o rechazo a una vida extrauterina que pude presentir como dolorosa, si es que hubo desavenencias conyugales entre mis padres, disgustos profesionales, o si en ese tiempo mi madre padeció alguna enfermedad, accidente, o sufrió en exceso por el fallecimiento de un ser querido. Líbrame, Madre santa, de todo espíritu de muerte e influencias malignas que buscaron que fuese una persona pesimista, negativa, apagada o enfermiza.
✠ Señor Jesús, te alabo, te bendigo y te proclamo como mi único Dios y rechazo toda forma de idolatría. Líbrame, Señor, de toda contaminación maléfica si es que, en el quinto mes de mi gestación o en otros, los míos tuvieron algún contacto con la brujería, ya fuese porque mi madre acudiera a adivinos o curanderos, o bien porque alguien le hubiera hecho algún maleficio. Madre de la Vida intercede ante tu Hijo para librarme de toda mediumnidad, si en mi vida hubiera alguna conexión con los muertos por causa de anteriores embarazos de mi madre malogrados o sucesos relacionados con la muerte. Sana, Señor, las heridas del sexto y séptimo mes de mi gestación, cuando el embarazo se hizo más pesaroso a mi madre. ¡Que tu Madre Santísima venga a sanarme y me haga vibrar de alegría en el Espíritu Santo, como hizo con Juan Bautista en el vientre de Isabel!, sobre todo si en ese tiempo me hubiera sentido angustiado o rechazado porque mi madre o no se cuidó o no recibió la ayuda que entonces necesitaba.
✠ Madre de Dios, líbrame de mis miedos ante el nacimiento. En tus manos pongo los dos últimos meses de mi gestación y ruego que sanes toda herida de opresión, angustia y rechazo, si todo esto me impulsó a huir de la vida, a provocar el parto antes de tiempo o bien a retrasarlo, o bien a no querer nacer. Del Señor y Dador de Vida alcánzame un amor grande a la existencia, ¡oh Madre Santa! Señor Jesús, TE RUEGO que sanes las heridas de mi alumbramiento: los traumas físicos y afectivos que me pudieron perjudicar al nacer, cuando hice irrupción en el mundo de los hombres. Por el poder de tu amor y de tu gracia, dame un gran deseo de nacer y renacer en todo instante, sobre todo si el miedo me llevó a intentar ahorcarme con el cordón umbilical o bien a ponerme en mala posición para nacer. Madre de bondad, borra en mí toda contaminación visual, auditiva o sinestésica, y todas las secuelas físicas y psicológicas de las heridas y traumas de aquel momento.
✠ Santísima Trinidad, me recojo ahora unos instantes para acoger y agradeceros la sanación y la liberación de las heridas habidas en mi gestación y nacimiento. Gracias, Madre, por haber estado allí para recibirme en tus brazos tranquilizadores. Gracias por ponerme en los brazos de tu divino Hijo, que me acogió al igual que abrazaba a los niños cuando a Él se acercaban. Gracias por presentarme al Padre, haciéndome saber que soy hijo de Dios muy amado y también deseado, sobre quien se ha derramado el Don de tu Espíritu. Ahora os presento también los primeros años de mi infancia: ¡que tu Luz los ilumine! Si por la frialdad de mi padre o de mi madre he sufrido, si no me dieron el amor y la seguridad que debieran, si he padecido carencias de afecto o de caricias tranquilizadoras, ¡oh Señor!, envía tu Espíritu de Amor y haz que tu Madre María me envuelva en sus brazos, me arrulle y me llene de su ternura. Que Ella me acoja tal como soy, con mis debilidades de niño pequeño, y que Jesús venga a besarme, a bendecirme y a imponerme las manos como hizo durante su vida terrena (cf. Mc 10, 13-16). Señor Jesús, si me he sentido agobiado por un amor demasiado posesivo de mi madre, o bien aplastado por la autoridad de mi padre, sana los recuerdos dolorosos que anidan en mí. Borra también las secuelas de las disputas y tensiones entre ellos que perturbaron mi inocencia de niño y me provocaron el miedo a que se separaran y me abandonaran. De todo corazón, Señor, perdono a mis padres las heridas que sus actos, palabras y obras hayan podido provocar en mí. Y te doy gracias, Señor, por haberme dado la seguridad de que tú me habrías acogido (Sal 27, 10) y nunca me habrías olvidado (Is 49, 15), si mi padre y mi madre me hubieran abandonado.
✠ Señor Jesús, haz que el Espíritu Santo me colme de amor, me haga dichoso y libre clamando ¡Abbá, papá!, con todo mi ser. Si me he sentido solo, abandonado y rechazado por los míos o por aquellos con los que contaba, por tu amor sanador dame un sentido nuevo de mi dignidad y una sabia estima de mí mismo (c.f. Rom 11, 13). Sé tú mi consuelo allí donde he sentido el desamor de otros. Sana las heridas de los combates que me han traumatizado o que han provocado que me encierre en mí mismo, levantando barreras frente a los demás. Sáname de las heridas profundas, reprimidas, que han endurecido mi corazón: las envidias hacia quienes eran preferidos a mí en la familia o en el colegio, las rebeldías, las humillaciones, las injusticias, la soledad, la amargura de ser marginado, las burlas, los insultos o las calumnias. Señor Dios omnipotente, libérame de la carga de toda maldición familiar, ancestral o maléfica que pueda esconderse en mis fracasos, enfermedades o frustraciones. Dame una confianza y un valor renovados, para hacer frente a las pruebas de este mundo. Sé que tu amor me sostendrá en los tropiezos y las caídas.
✠ Señor Jesús, dame la gracia de perdonar a aquellos que no me han amado, de liberarlos de toda deuda hacia mí. Sáname de todos los traumas de mi infancia, de los trastornos de la sexualidad, de la inquietud angustiosa, la vergüenza y la culpabilidad. Lava todas las manchas de mi cuerpo y de mi alma y sana las heridas causadas por quienes abusaron de mí, al violar mi integridad física, encadenándome a desviaciones sexuales que hoy me impiden tener relaciones sinceras según tu Voluntad. Ayúdame a afirmarme en mi personalidad de hombre o de mujer. ¡Que la Virgen María, Madre Purísima, Inmaculada Concepción, interceda por mí y me sane de todo este tipo de trastornos! Señor mío y Dios mío, TE RUEGO también que sanes las heridas de mi afectividad que están ligadas a experiencias amorosas imposibles o que, por cualquier causa, no podían tener buen fin. Haz que te entregue mis aspiraciones y mis fracasos y que en Tus Manos ponga mis relaciones con los demás. Enséñame a abandonarme de corazón en tu Amor, porque sólo Tú colmas mi deseo de amar y de ser amado.
✠Gracias, Señor, por haberme acompañado durante mi infancia y mi adolescencia, por tu Amor, por tu Luz, por tu Verdad. Perdóname si he llegado a pensar que Tú no me querías o que no estabas presente en mis sufrimientos. Perdona también mis olvidos. Sana mis sentimientos de culpabilidad ante Ti pero que no brotan del amor sino del miedo al castigo por mis rebeldías. Y perdona mis rebeliones contra tu Providencia al ver que permitías o tolerabas que murieran, me abandonaran o me engañaran las personas a las que yo más quería. Perdóname las experiencias destructivas a las que me he entregado mediante la bebida, las drogas o la pornografía. Sáname de las ataduras contraídas a través de las técnicas de concentración mental, búsqueda de soluciones a mis propios problemas en el ocultismo, el espiritismo o el esoterismo. Invoco tu Preciosa Sangre derramada en la Cruz por mí, para ser perdonado y limpiado de mis pecados. ¡Señor Jesús, que tus Santas Llagas sean el refugio para mi sanación!
✠ ¡Ten misericordia de mí, Señor! Te doy gracias por tu inmenso Amor hacia mí. Restáurame y concédeme una gracia renovada para amar y crecer en tu amor. Que tu Preciosísima Sangre alimente mi corazón, circule portodo mi ser y recorra mi sistema nervioso simpático, parasimpático, consciente, subconsciente, inconsciente, infraconsciente y supraconsciente, mi sistema respiratorio, circulatorio, digestivo, linfático, endocrino, afectivo sexual, inmunológico, epidérmico, óseo, muscular, mis extremidades y órganos internos, para que Tú los purifiques,restaures, sanes y liberes de toda mancha maléfica. Señor Jesús, me entrego enteramente a Ti: en cuerpo y alma, memoria, inteligencia y voluntad. Pongo en tus Manos mis ideas, mis sentimientos, mis palabras y obras, mis heridas y fragilidades, mis límites, mis tibiezas, mis durezas de corazón y también los odios y malquerencias que me habitan, y todas mis riquezas ¡Que el fuego de tu Mirada y su Luz hagan de mi existencia un continuo acto de amor hacia Ti con obras de ternura y de paz para todos! James goes on to say that the prayers of the righteous have great power. What human (other then Jesus) is more righteous then the Blessed Mother. Though she is in heaven she still hears the prayers of her children on Earth and intercedes for them.
People who rush through prayers and rosaries are not true devotees and their worship is not acceptable: the Catholic Church does not condone it

Sus caracteres Interior: La verdadera devoción a Nuestra Señora es interior: es decir, debe partir del espíritu y del corazón; nace dicha devoción de la estima que se hace de la Virgen, de la alta idea que uno se ha forma do de sus grandezas y del amor que se le tiene. Tierna: Es tierna, es decir, llena de confianza en la Santísima Virgen, como la de un niño para con su buena madre. Esta devoción es la que hace que un alma recurra a Ella en todas sus necesidades de cuerpo y espíritu con mucha sencillez, confianza y ternura. Santa: Esta devoción a nuestra Señora es santa: es decir, que conduce a un alma a evitar el pecado y a imitar las virtudes de la Santísima Virgen en particular, la humildad profunda, la fe viva, la ciega obediencia, la continua oración, su universal mortificación, la pureza incomparable, la caridad ardiente, la heroica paciencia, la dulzura angelical y la divina sabiduría. Tales son las diez principales virtudes de la Santísima Virgen. Constante: Es constante, es decir, afirma a un alma en el bien y la lleva a no abandonar fácilmente las prácticas de devoción; la hace animosa para oponerse al mundo, y sus costumbres y sus máximas, a la carne con sus apetitos y sus pasiones, y al demonio en sus tentaciones: de modo que una persona verdaderamente devota a la Santísima Virgen no es mudable, melancólica, escrupulosa ni medrosa. Desinteresada: La verdadera devoción a Nuestra Señora es desinteresada; es decir, inspira aun alma que no se busque a sí misma; sino sólo a Dios en su Santísima Madre. Un verdadero devoto de María no ama a esta augusta Reina por espíritu de lucro y de interés, ni por su bien temporal ni espiritual, sino únicamente porque merece ser servida, y Dios sólo en Ella.
